Meeting with Cambodian Students Association in Japan

On February 27, 2021, I joined the Ambassador to meet with the President and members of the Cambodian Students Association in Japan to discuss ways to promote Cambodia, support Cambodian students studying in Japan, and find scholarships for self-funded students.
